The locations of the 101 new coronavirus cases in Yorkshire

The biggest jump was again recorded in Bradford with 39 more people testing positive in the last 24 hours.

While this could be due to the amount of testing being carried out, the city has also been listed among the top 10 places with the highest infection rates in the UK.

Also on that list are Rotherham and Calderdale which recorded seven and six new cases respectively.

The only area to not record any new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours was East Riding of Yorkshire.
