RARE Productions, a renowned name in the musical theatre world, is coming to Leeds soon!
RARE offers many opportunities to world-class talented youth performers all around the United Kingdom, soon to include the Carriageworks Theatre in Leeds.
RARE Productions is the UK’s largest Youth Theatre Company, with over 20 years’ experience of staging musicals in over 40 venues nationwide. The Company gives young people aged between 7 and 21 the opportunity to perform in a live, iconic show on a professional stage, taught by professional show teams. While RARE believes performing should always be fun, they see it as always a great opportunity to make friends, build self-confidence and experience the unique enjoyment of performing to a live audience.
Carriageworks Theatre, located in Leeds, is where many legendary shows have taken place, including Leeds’ hugely popular annual pantomime and now soon to be, RARE Productions. According to Leeds City Council, “Carriageworks Theatre is a place where old meets new.”
This rustic Victorian theatre was reimagined in 2005, although retaining its Victorian character for performers and audience members to appreciate. The Carriageworks Theatre is the proud home to the Leeds arts community, filled with performers.
