No Covid deaths in Yorkshire hospitals for third time this month

No coronavirus-related deaths have been recorded in Yorkshire hospitals in the last 24 hours for the third time this month.

Across England, a further ten people who tested positive for the virus are reported to have died in the 24 hours to 5pm on Sunday, July 26, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,291.

However, the Covid-19 death tolls on Mondays are often lower than other days of the week, due to the way the data is recorded.

Patients were aged between 48 and 93 years old. All had known underlying health conditions.

Their families have been informed.
